Are you tough?

They say that, when the going gets tough…the tough get going!

I love that phrase!, it means to be resilient, to have faith and vision beyond current circumstances.

I don´t know about you, but for me, sometimes this world feels so chaotic, like there is always something going on and something coming around the corner.

I used to feel this very deeply, and it used to burden me a lot…I used to let it burden me a lot. Because that is a choice.

But see, the world is what it is. We are part of it, and we can make a difference wherever we are, even if it is just waking up, shaking all and every bad vibe and facing the day with might.

What is might? you may ask...for me, it´ s that deep determination, that quiet spark that propels you higher and further. It´ s that voice within that tells you to get up, when you´ re down in the dumps. That strength that pushes you forward. It´ s a force.

Will power, when you are feeling low, when the job you are performing feels heavy, when you are brokenthearted, when you don´ t know what to do with your life, when there is noone around that truly listens and understands…will power.

Because, perhaps, life won't get any easier, but certainly, you will get better at dealing with it.

Problems that burden you today, sorrows that weigh down your heart today…one day, in the future, a different version of yourself will face similar situations, and they won't slow you down anymore…they will be fuel for your path.

With every challenge comes a reward. A reward of an unshakeable might, an unshakeable inner power, that raises you above and beyond any circumstances.

And like a calm sea, waves will come and go, tides will be high, tides will be low, but you will be there, facing it all, centered, with an unwavering might, because you know, with certainty, that you have everything you need within yourself.
